Gossner Muenster is a semi-soft, creamy white cheese. Muenster has a mild and pleasing flavor with just a hint of saltiness. Munster is smooth in texture and is made from cows’ milk. We have chosen to produce our Muenster with the traditional textured red rind and also in the Asadero (without color) form.
